List-admin password disclosure via CSRF token

Information disclosure in GNU Mailman before 2.1.36 allows remote authenticated users to recover list-admin passwords via crafted CSRF tokens. The Cgi/admindb.py admindb page places an encrypted list-admin password inside its CSRF token, enabling offline brute-force cracking by a moderator who obtains the token. Successful cracking discloses the list administrator credential; exploitation requires moderator access to the page and does not itself alter Mailman data or availability.
