Process crash via unchecked bitmask indexing

Heap-based buffer overflow in UPX before 4.0.0-git-c6b9e3c62d15 allows attackers to crash the process via a crafted Linux ELF file. PackLinuxElf64::elf_lookup derives an index from untrusted ELF data and passes the resulting out-of-range bitmask address to get_te64 for an eight-byte read. The file must enter UPX's decompression path; the documented consequence is a crash, with no demonstrated code execution or data disclosure.
