Unauthenticated secret disclosure via anonymous add-on endpoints

Information disclosure in ThoughtWorks GoCD 20.6.0 through 21.2.0 allows remote attackers to read server secrets over HTTP. The Business Continuity add-on places its endpoints under an anonymous filter; /cipher.aes returns the encryption key, /cruise_config returns encrypted pipeline data, and /plugin joins an unchecked pluginName into a file path. Default installations expose these endpoints without authentication, allowing arbitrary server-file reads and recovery of pipeline tokens and credentials.
