Authenticated code execution via Git argument injection

Command injection in ThoughtWorks GoCD before 21.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through a crafted Git URL. GitCommand.checkConnection passes the unvalidated repoUrl to git ls-remote, allowing a leading --upload-pack option to select an attacker-controlled command. Pipeline-creation privileges and use of Test Connection are required; commands run as the GoCD server account and can compromise server data and builds.
