Local command execution via shell-built plugin commands

Command injection in affected Zowe CLI 1.x and 2.x releases allows local users to execute arbitrary shell commands during plugin management. Imperative's plugin install, update, uninstall, and validation paths concatenate package, registry, plugin, and environment-derived path values into command strings passed to execSync. A local account with existing privileges must invoke an affected plugin workflow, and injected commands run with that account's rights.
