Elevation of privilege in Microsoft Windows Digital TV Tuner allows local users with low privileges to gain elevated access. Microsoft has not published the vulnerable function, input, or incorrect operation within the Digital TV Tuner component. A local low-privilege account is required; successful exploitation grants elevated control over system confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
