Integrity issue in JetBrains TeamCity before 2021.1.3 allows attackers able to create projects to inherit settings from deleted projects. During project creation, TeamCity can reuse configuration belonging to an already deleted project instead of isolating the new project. The effect requires project-creation access and can expose or alter project behavior through unintended settings inheritance; the public advisory does not document broader code execution or availability impact.
