SQL injection in OpenMRS standalone editions allows remote attackers to alter database queries through patient.page GET parameters. The public record identifies arbitrary GET parameters on patient.page as the injection surface but does not disclose the query-building function or unsafe operation. No authentication or user interaction is required; Reference Application 2.11 and earlier and Platform 2.4.0 and earlier are affected, placing stored data and service operation at risk.
