Encoder crash via out-of-bounds stack read

Stack buffer overflow in Arm astcenc 3.2.0 allows attackers to crash the encoder by compressing a crafted image with -cl. During symbolic block conversion, encode_ise reads one byte past the 32-byte values_to_encode stack array while encoding the image. The attacker must supply an image that an operator or consuming application compresses with the linear LDR mode; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation fault.
