CVE-2021-43080Network attack vector

Stored XSS via unsanitized threat-feed URI

Published Sep 6, 2022 · Updated Oct 22, 2024

Stored XSS in Fortinet FortiOS 6.4.0 through 6.4.9, 7.0.0 through 7.0.5, and 7.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts. The Threat Feed IP address form stores an unsanitized URI parameter and later renders it in the Security Fabric External Connectors interface. Exploitation requires authenticated access to create or edit the connector and user interaction when another user views the stored value.
