Improper access control in Zoho Remote Access Plus Server before 10.1.2132 allows local users to reset the server administrator password. The Windows desktop reset executable has weak ACLs, and the reset workflow fails to verify administrator authorization. Any non-admin Windows account on the server can invoke the workflow and gain administrator access to the web portal.
