Stored XSS via unencoded privilege name

Stored XSS in OpenMRS Admin UI Module 1.0 through 1.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a viewer's browser. The Manage Privilege template writes privilege.privilege directly into HTML content and a hidden input attribute without contextual encoding. Privilege-management access is required to store a crafted name, and another user must view the page before script runs in that viewer's OpenMRS origin.
