Credential disclosure via unauthenticated configuration export

Information disclosure in TOTOLINK EX1200T 4.1.2cu.5215 allows remote attackers to obtain router credentials through an HTTP request. The ExportSettings.sh CGI endpoint serves the apmib configuration file without checking authorization, and the decoded export contains usernames and passwords. Network access to the device's HTTP interface is sufficient to steal configuration data and credentials; no integrity or availability impact is reported.
