Stored XSS via incorrect appId context encoding

Cross-site scripting in OpenMRS Reference Application Module 2.11 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject script via appId. The userApp.gsp template HTML-escapes appId but then applies escapeJs rather than context-appropriate JavaScript encoding before placing it in an input value attribute. An authenticated user must store a crafted application identifier and another user must load the User App page, allowing script execution in that user's browser.
