Workflow command execution via malicious branch name

OS command injection in For the Badge's combine-prs workflow allows remote attackers to execute commands through a malicious pull-request branch name. The workflow interpolates branch-derived step outputs directly into a shell command and an actions/github-script JavaScript template instead of passing them through environment variables. An attacker must be able to open a pull request in the repository; successful injection runs in the GitHub Actions context and can expose its write-capable repository token.
