Cross-user script execution via unsanitized rule-node titles

Stored XSS in the ThingsBoard 3.3.1 Rule Engine allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser. The Rule Engine stores arbitrary JavaScript in a rule-node title and renders that title without neutralizing executable content. Administrative access is required to plant the payload, and execution depends on another user interacting with the affected rule node.
