Application crash via crafted-file parsing
Published Nov 22, 2021 · Updated Apr 23, 2025
NULL pointer dereference in Adobe Bridge 11.1.1 and earlier allows attackers to crash the application by opening a crafted file. Adobe has not published the affected file parser or the unchecked operation that produces the null pointer dereference. Exploitation requires a victim to open the malicious file, and the documented consequence is an application crash in the current user's context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
