Secret disclosure via overbroad container-definition API
Published Jan 23, 2025 · Updated Jan 24, 2025
Information disclosure in Replicated Classic before 2.53.1 allows remote authenticated users to retrieve application secrets through its API. The Admin Console API on port 8800 returns container definitions with environment variables instead of limiting responses to data needed by the console. Valid Admin Console credentials and network access to port 8800 are required, and exposure depends on manifests placing passwords or other secrets in environment variables.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
