Local kernel code execution via unchecked IOCTL arithmetic

Integer overflow in Accops HyWorks DVM Tools before 3.3.1.105 allows local users to execute kernel-mode code or crash Windows. The built-in USB redirection driver's 0x22005B METHOD_NEITHER handler calculates a memory-copy length from user-controlled sizes without overflow checks. Any local user can submit crafted I/O request packets because the driver device lacks ACL enforcement; memory corruption enables privilege escalation or an OS crash.
