Unrestricted file upload in SourceCodester Engineers Online Portal allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via a crafted avatar. The teacher_avatar.php handler accepts a PHP file without restricting its dangerous type and stores it in the web-accessible /admin/uploads/ directory. A registered engineer account can upload a web shell and invoke it over HTTP, executing commands with the web server process's permissions.
