Process crash via out-of-bounds DWG decompression

Heap buffer overflow in LibreDWG dwgread before 0.12.4 allows remote attackers to crash the process through a crafted DWG file. The copy_bytes loop in decode_r2007.c advances the destination pointer without checking the decompression output allocation, causing a one-byte out-of-bounds heap write. Processing the crafted file is required; the published proof of concept triggers an AddressSanitizer abort, while code execution has not been demonstrated.
