SSL certificate disclosure via missing privilege check

Incorrect access control in Sonatype Nexus Repository 3.35.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to retrieve SSL certificates. The SSL Certificates Loading function accepts requests from accounts without checking for the corresponding certificate-access privilege. Any low-privileged account with network access can invoke the function and disclose a retrieved certificate, with no reported integrity or availability impact.
