Authenticated command execution via mutable startup requirements

Command injection in MITRE CALDERA 2.8.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through the REST API. The configuration endpoint accepts attacker-controlled startup requirement commands and persists them in config/local.yml without restricting executable content. Valid credentials are required, and the injected command runs with the server's privileges only after CALDERA restarts.
