Authenticated message disclosure via unchecked URL parameters
Published Oct 15, 2021 · Updated Sep 17, 2024
Improper authorization in ShinHer StudyOnline System 2021 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' message boards. The List_View message-board function accepts a user-controlled URL parameter without verifying that the requested board belongs to the logged-in account. A standard user account is required, and exploitation exposes message-board content without reported write or service-impact capabilities.
