Stored XSS via unfiltered message-board titles

Stored XSS in ShinHer StudyOnline System 2021 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject JavaScript through message-board titles. The message board's List_Add function stores the title parameter without filtering special characters, causing later views to execute attacker-supplied script. A valid user account and subsequent viewing of the stored title are required; the script runs in the viewer's browser context.
