Log forgery via invalid redirect URL logging

Log injection in Apache Superset 1.3.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to forge log entries through a crafted redirect URL. The URL shortener endpoint logs the attacker-controlled data form value when URL validation fails, allowing embedded line breaks or other content to create deceptive records. Any authenticated user who can submit to this endpoint can corrupt log integrity, but the flaw does not disclose data or interrupt service.
