Authenticated code execution via trailing-dot upload bypass

Arbitrary file upload in Smarty Pants Plugins SP Project & Document Manager before 4.24 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. On Windows hosts, the upload filter accepts a filename ending in .php.; Windows removes the trailing dot when storing it as executable .php. Subscriber access and a configured plugin upload page are sufficient to place and request a web shell under the WordPress uploads directory.
