Unauthenticated command execution via diagnostic parameter

OS command injection in Seowon 130-SLC router versions available as of 2021-09-15 allows remote attackers to execute commands. The diagnostic request handler uses the unvalidated queriesCnt value in a system command, allowing a semicolon-prefixed shell command to execute and return output in the HTTP response. No authentication or user interaction is required, and commands execute with the router's administrative privileges.
