Denial of service via VFRRT memory leak

A memory leak in OMPL 1.5.2 allows remote attackers to cause service interruption through crafted planning workloads via VFRRT.cpp. VFRRT.cpp allocates a motion object and then replaces its state, leaving the constructor's allocated space unreachable and unreleased. Repeated execution can exhaust process memory and interrupt service, with no confidentiality or integrity impact reported.
