Processing hang via self-referential SVG stream

Denial of service in ImageMagick 6 before 6.9.12-34 and 7 before 7.1.0-19 allows remote attackers to hang processing via a crafted SVG file. The SVG handling in MagickCore/draw.c follows an image reference to /proc/self/fd/1 or /dev/stdin and blocks indefinitely while reading a standard stream. Execution requires a user or automated workflow to process the crafted SVG; the demonstrated consequence is an ImageMagick process hang, not data disclosure or modification.
