Session theft via unescaped registration name

Stored cross-site scripting in SourceCodester Recipe Sharing Website CMS allows remote attackers to steal PHP session identifiers during registration. The login_registration flow stores attacker-controlled fullname input and later emits it into an HTML response without neutralizing script markup. A victim must view the poisoned content for JavaScript to run in the victim's browser, exposing the session identifier and enabling account hijacking.
