Database query manipulation via unescaped product_id
Published Feb 21, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in the ExportFeed WordPress plugin 2.0.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to manipulate database queries. The plugin inserts the product_id POST parameter into an SQL statement without sanitizing or escaping it, so crafted input changes the statement's structure. High-privilege WordPress access is required, and successful exploitation executes attacker-controlled SQL within the affected query's database permissions.
