Unauthenticated command execution via User-Agent shell injection

OS command injection in Visual Tools DVR VX16 4.2.28.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through unauthenticated HTTP requests. The cgi-bin/slogin/login.py CGI exposes the User-Agent header to Bash without neutralizing shell metacharacters, causing appended commands to run. No credentials or user interaction are required, and commands execute as an unprivileged Linux account within that account's permissions.
