Arbitrary file read via path traversal

Path traversal in Siemens Siveillance Video DLNA Server versions 2019 R1 through 2021 R1 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files. The vulnerable request handling accepts pathname traversal sequences and serves files outside the configured web document directory. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient, so exposed servers can disclose sensitive information that supports subsequent attacks.
