Incorrect permission assignment in Trend Micro Apex One 2019 and SaaS allows local users to load a DLL with elevated privileges. Trend Micro has not disclosed the affected resource or the permission operation that causes an elevated process to load the attacker's DLL. Exploitation requires prior low-privileged code execution on the target and yields code execution with the process's elevated privileges.
