Service interruption via unreleased RegExp lastIndex values

Memory leak in JerryScript Git revision 14ff5bf allows remote attackers to exhaust memory through crafted RegExp operations. In ecma-regexp-object.c, the RegExp built-ins pass a freshly allocated numeric lastIndex value to ecma_op_object_put without releasing it when the index exceeds 0x7ffffff. The RegExp path must execute attacker-controlled JavaScript; repeated triggers can abort or interrupt an embedding application as memory is consumed.
