Client-side script execution via unescaped heading input

Reflected cross-site scripting in SourceCodester Online Covid Vaccination Scheduler System 1.0 allows remote attackers to run script in a user's browser. The addSchedule.php endpoint inserts the d query parameter into the Schedule Form heading without HTML encoding, so script markup is returned as executable page content. Exploitation requires a user with an active application session to open the crafted URL; the script then runs in that site's origin and can access or alter session-visible data.
