Authenticated escalation to system administrator
Published Oct 4, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Privilege escalation in SuiteCRM before 7.10.33 and before 7.11.22 allows remote authenticated users to become system administrators. Public records identify incorrect access control but do not disclose the affected component, request, or authorization check that permits the role change. Exploitation requires a regular account and grants access to the Administration panel and all CRM records; affected releases are limited to the 7.10.x and 7.11.x branches.
