Unauthenticated participant-list disclosure via unchecked WebSocket join

Information disclosure in OnionShare 2.3 before 2.4 allows remote attackers to retrieve chat participant lists from non-public nodes. In chat_mode.py, the WebSocket endpoint accepts connections without a valid Flask session and emits the connected_users list after an unauthenticated joined event. Knowledge of the Onion service address is sufficient; the generated Basic Authorization credentials for non-public mode are not required.
