Database disclosure via injectable calendar provider identifier

SQL injection in OpenEMR 6.0.0 before patch 3 allows remote authenticated users to read all database tables through calendar search. The calendar search handler incorporates the provider_id form value into a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, enabling error-based extraction through UPDATEXML responses. A valid account with calendar-module access is required; the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of usernames, password hashes, and other stored records.
