Internal endpoint disclosure via public authentication URI

Information exposure in OpenStack TripleO Heat Templates before 11.6.1 allows remote authenticated users to learn an internal IP or hostname. The templates populate the keystone_authtoken www_authenticate_uri setting with KeystoneInternal instead of the required public Identity endpoint. Any authenticated end user who can inspect the exposed setting can learn an internal network address, but the flaw does not grant data modification or service interruption.
