Stored script execution via unescaped search metadata

Stored cross-site scripting in MediaWiki before 1.36.2 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser through Special:Search. FullSearchResultWidget::buildMeta receives a formatted date derived from a month message and inserts it into result metadata without HTML escaping. The payload must be stored in a month-related MediaWiki message, and script runs when a user views search results containing a dated page.
