Application crash via unchecked dynamic symbol count

Out-of-bounds access in Go before 1.16.10 and 1.17.0-0 through 1.17.2 allows attackers to crash applications that parse Mach-O files. File.ImportedSymbols trusts the dynamic symbol table's undefined-symbol count and slices past the loaded symbol table when that count is too large. An application must parse an attacker-controlled malformed Mach-O file with Open or OpenFat and then call ImportedSymbols; the resulting panic crashes that application, with no reported code execution or data disclosure.
