Information disclosure in LiveHelperChat Live Helper Chat before 2.0 allows remote authenticated users to receive sensitive error details. The GeoIP settings handler accepts CityGeoLocation from the request and uses it as a server-side MaxMind database path, allowing invalid files to generate diagnostic errors. Exploitation requires an authenticated account with access to GeoIP configuration; the public record does not identify the exact server values revealed.
