SQL injection via unfiltered Grade parameter
Published Nov 30, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
SQL injection in OS4ED openSIS 8.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL through the Grade parameter with MySQL or MariaDB. GetStuListFnc.php appends the unfiltered Grade request value to a query instead of passing it through sqlSecurityFilter(). The affected student-report request requires a MySQL or MariaDB backend; successful injection can read or alter application data.
