Execution corruption via incorrect subtract carry flag

Incorrect carry-flag logic in the OpenRISC mor1kx ALU allows context-dependent attackers to corrupt software execution after subtraction. The subtract path in rtl/verilog/mor1kx_execute_alu.v sets the carry flag for operand cases such as r1 greater than r3, when the flag must be cleared. Reachability requires software to use the erroneous flag in a control or data path after l.sub, where it can corrupt control flow or computed data.
