Code execution via consent-bypassing path traversal

Path traversal in LCDS LAquis SCADA 4.3.1.1085 and earlier allows attackers to execute code through a malicious ELS project file. The Play feature processes a project-controlled path, bypasses its consent prompt, and writes a file outside the intended location. A victim must load the crafted project and start Play; the resulting code executes with the victim's file permissions.
