Unrestricted file upload in Tad TadTools 3.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code without authentication. The file upload function accepts attacker-controlled files without filtering dangerous filename extensions, allowing server-executable content to be stored. No account or user interaction is required, and execution occurs with the privileges of the hosting XOOPS web application.
