Reflected XSS via insufficient special-page filtering

Reflected XSS in Tad TadTools 3.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject JavaScript through a special-page parameter. The parameter accepts restricted characters without adequate filtering and reflects attacker-supplied JavaScript into the generated page; the public record does not name the parameter or code locus. No authentication is required, but a user must open the crafted request for the script to run in the TadTools site's browser context.
