Authenticated 2FA bypass via client-side state

Authentication bypass in Flexera Cloud Migration and Modernization before saas-2021-12-29 allows remote authenticated users to bypass 2FA. The RISC portal trusts client-side access-control values returned to the browser, allowing an intercepted response to make incomplete 2FA enrollment appear authorized. The flaw is reachable only while the account's 2FA setup remains incomplete and grants platform access without completion of the second factor.
